Terms of Service
A. The Student is desirous of getting admission to any suitable University/College in UK, Europe, USA, Canada or other preferred country to pursue a full-time or part-time program of his choice.

B. The Student has submitted or will provide all required documentations for university application.

C. The Student has taken or will take all the applicable tests (if required) namely IELTS, GRE, GMAT, TOEFL® or SAT® (hereinafter referred to as Test) and Education Credential Assessment (ECA) (hereinafter referred to as ECA) conducted by the respective testing/assessment body or through its authorised agents (hereinafter referred to as ETS) and has scored or will score at least the minimum score required by the institution.

D. Career Drive Ltd, in consultation with the Student, will select two to three Universities/Colleges (hereinafter collectively referred to as Institutions) for the Student based on the course desired, the academic performance, agreed minimum Test score and ECA report, the budget and location preferences of the Student.

E. Career Drive Ltd guarantees admission to the Student, to at least one of the Institutions, provided the Student meets the admission criteria of the Institutions, complies with the Test and ECA requirements, submits all documents listed in point 2.4 of this Agreement (hereinafter collectively referred to as Documents) or as agreed with the Career Drive Ltd and fulfils all the other obligations as per the clauses mentioned in this Agreement.

F. The guarantee of Admission is to any of the Institutions and the respective program and not for a specific term.

1.0 Responsibilities of Career Drive Ltd:
1.1 Career Drive Ltd shall make arrangements to get the application forms of the Institutions.

1.2 Career Drive Ltd will assist the Student in filling-up application forms and all the other documentation.

1.3 Career Drive Ltd will forward the completed applications and all other documents to the Institutions in one lot. Career Drive Ltd will bear the resources cost and courier/postal expenses for the same.

1.4 Career Drive Ltd will undertake all correspondence with the Institutions, till the receipt of the result from the Institutions.

1.5 Career Drive Ltd, will assist the Student in obtaining financial aid from the Institutions or from other funding institutions based purely on Student’s merit, Test score and ECA report and the provision of scholarship opportunities by funding institutions, for the semester applied. Around 80% of our students secure funding in every admission cycle.

1.6 Career Drive Ltd will hand over to the Student all the letters and forms received at its office in the Student’s name.

1.7 Career Drive Ltd will guide the Student in web appointment, service fees payment and documentation for visa.

2.0. Student’s Responsibilities:
2.1 The Student shall fill up the International Student Application Form along with separate declaration forms in favour of Career Drive Ltd authorising them to keep in touch with the Institutions in order to secure admission and negotiate for financial aid on Student’s behalf.

2.2 The Student shall organise, at Student’s own expense, to fulfil the requirements of the Test score and ECA and forward the scores/result to the Institutions, directly before the deadlines of the selected Institutions. A copy of the score shall be submitted to Career Drive Ltd for follow up.

2.3 The Student shall arrange to get, at Student’s own expense, the Dollar Demand Drafts in favour of the Institutions towards the cost of application processing fees payable to the Institutions except for those who have waived the same for students applying through Career Drive Ltd.

2.4 The Student shall get, at Student’s own expense, all the Documents as given below and submit them along with the duly filled-in application forms, at least thirty (30) days before the deadlines of the selected Institutions.

4. Evidence for change of name (if applicable)
5. Recommendation Letters (Academic and Professional)
6. Financial Support Statement from the Sponsor or Proof of Funds
7. Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
8. Attested photocopies of all Transcripts and Degree Certificates
9. Birth Certificate
10. IELTS/GRE/GMAT/SAT/TOEFL/TSE ® Score Card copies, if applicable
11. Photocopies of all biographical pages of the Passport
12. Attested copies of all other relevant documents
(Merit Certificates, Credential Evaluation, Work Experience Certificate etc)
13. Colour Photograph
14. National Identification Document
15. Processing Fees

2.5 The Student shall, for speedy communication, state in all application forms, the mailing address, the telephone number and email-ids as given below.

2.6 The Student shall route all matters regarding admissions to the Institutions through Career Drive Ltd only.

2.7 The Student shall promptly make available any further documents asked for by the Institutions.

2.8 The Student shall make arrangements to apply for Visa at Student’s own expense.

3.0. Disclaimer:
3.1 Any correspondence to the Institutions made by the student directly or through a third party with regard to admissions without the authorisation of Career Drive Ltd will be deemed to be a violation of this agreement by the Student and Career Drive Ltd shall not be responsible for the rejection of admission by those Institutions.

3.2 CareerDriveLtdshallnotberesponsiblefortherejectionofanyapplication due to delay in receipt or non-receipt of the Test score and/or ECA report by the Institutions.

3.3 Career Drive Ltd shall not be responsible for the rejection of Visa for any reason whatsoever.

4.0. Payment Terms:
Consultancy Fees: Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N500,000.00) for admission applications and One Million Naira (N1,000,000.00) for both admission and scholarship applications.

Career Drive Ltd will collect the above said Consultancy fees.
The payment is to be made as follows:

4.1 Advance of 30% of the Consultancy Fees for registration and documentation.

4.2 Another40%ofthefeesonfinalisationofuniversityapplications.

4.3 Balance 30% of the Consultancy Fees at the time of handing over the admission/scholarship offers to the student.

5.0. Money Back Guarantee:
5.1 In case Career Drive Ltd, is not able to get the student at least one admission from the Institutions, in spite of the Student having fulfilled all obligations as per this agreement, Career Drive Ltd will refund the entire

Consultancy Fees less 10% administrative charges to the student without any interest. Career Drive Ltd will not be liable to pay any additional amount whatsoever as damages to the student.

5.2 It is clearly understood that Career Drive Ltd will be deemed to have fulfilled their obligation of Guaranteed Admission if at least one admit letter and/or scholarship offer in the name of the Student is received from any one of the selected Institutions either by Career Drive Ltd or directly by the Student. Thereafter, the Student cannot claim refund of any amount paid to Career Drive Ltd towards Service Charges nor claim any other damages.

6.0. Representative’s Role:
If the Student is a Minor, the Representative should sign this agreement on behalf of the Student. The Representative will be required to fulfil all the administrative obligations of the Student as per this agreement.

Acknowledgement:
By signing this agreement the Student or Representative acknowledges to have read and understood the terms, conditions and obligations set forth in this agreement and agrees to abide by the same.
